The merchants of Elanthia have formed a consortium for the purpose of offering WPS services to citizens of the various cities around the lands. Throughout the year, citizens will see these services offered in each city.
If you see a merchant advertise for citizens of a certain city, please know that each city will have the same service when a merchant is able to schedule it.

Yer, my eyes skipped right over it thinking it was a signature of some sort. Other forums have trained me to see links at the bottom of posts as such.
