The STOP verb has been updated to have self, player, and creature roleplaying target options.
Thanks go to Rohese for the idea and messaging!

Vanah, nice little addition to the verb but in the process 'stop singing [song number]' is no longer a valid command. I asked both a massively post cap and a younger bard and neither even knew that was an option to begin with. Any chance of it showing back up or should I adjust habits as one of the few people who have been using the older command all these years?

That was actually was never a specific option, but a side effect of being able to either STOP {spell} or STOP AFHASFASFA {spell}. Almost anything after stop will work. I don't know what the intent of that was. BUT regardless, I put it back for you!

In my head that was the way we stopped songs before the 'stop' command was implemented for spells in general, though that could of been done away with when the newer command was put in place and simply left in a semi-functional state as it was because... why not?
One way or another thank you for putting it back, old habits (like using sing instead of cast) die hard!

While we're talking about strange side effects of the SING verb.
Most bard spellsongs can be either cast or sung (i.e. prep 1005, SING at <target> or prep 1005, CAST at <target>). 99% of the time, it makes no difference mechanically which wording you use. So getting constantly avalanched in Stone Valley because I picked the wrong wording was a bit annoying.
