All CMs released with Monks (including the previously announced Rogue CMs and Punch, Kick and Grapple Mastery) have been put on a 30-day instant migration timer. Unlearning these maneuvers will be instantaneous until the evening of August 26th. Unlearning other maneuvers still occurs at the normal rate, though it is possible to instantly obtain those CM points by first unlearning any undesired maneuvers and then using the FIXSKILLS that was just granted.
