I used to know this, but have forgotten it. What is the command to get a reading on how difficult a plinite extraction is?

I did a Google search, but the only results I found stated that the difficulty could not be measured, which I know for a fact is incorrect.
I'm not talking about getting the "you feel that it is within your capabilities" result from a failed attempt; this means I need something like
a 95+ roll.
