Wanted to test something with my monk.
Level: 18
Arcane Symbols: 20 ranks
Transformation Lore: 5 ranks (first threshold)
invoke 1202 from scroll - gave scaly message
Level: 18
Mental Circle: 2 ranks
Transformation Lore: 0 ranks
self-cast 1202 - gave leathery message
Am I receiving a full lore bonus to my invoking (possible bug), or a partial bonus that rounds up?
Bugged in game with my monk (you can reward him when that other monk makes level 40 this Saturday)

I'm not sure what you're trying to show here.

This equals AsG 9, leather breastplate, a scale class armor.
Level: 18
Mental Circle: 2 ranks
Transformation Lore: 0 ranks
This would only be AsG 8, double leather, a soft leather class armor.
Both results seem to be correct.
