I just purchased some hand and foot wraps from Tykel. The jerk did not card me before purchase and now I have to put them in the locker for some time. They are made of leather.
I would think a better approach would be to have non magical wraps and allow for customization.

You'll find that the options in the backroom are far more cost appropriate to an enchanted item then the two available on the main menu. 55k for the 4x back room variety, and 200 silvers for the others. Tykel doesn't say much about the items true.
