Does anyone know of a compiled list of which gear is available in which shops in which towns?
My monk is currently level 7 and I've been holding off on buying any gear because at a low level she doesn't really need it, and her bank account is still extremely anemic. But once she hits level 10 I'll be wanting to start picking up enchanted gear, and it would be nice to take a look through a list somewhere to see what's available rather than having to run all over western Elanthia in the hopes of finding things that suit her.
Any links would be greatly appreciated. Also if anyone discovered inexpensive neat stuff at EG that might be available in player shops is worth mentioning too. Especially if there were any 4x robe armor items that are shirts or tunics!

There are two dwarves with carts in Icemule, one is selling UAC gear, boots, gloves, cloth armor. And the other is selling brawling weapons. You can check nilandia.com to find a listing of items sold at EG and it likely has all the updated information for the towns with the possible exception of the carts I just mentioned. The landing backroom has cheap 4x foot/handwraps and you can likely search the playerhops to possibly find the type of cloth armor you are looking for. Playershop sites that are most often up to date are lichproject.org and virilneus.com. I hope that helps.
As others have said I believe the town shops themselves (either weapon shop or armory depending on which the town guru chose) have 0x and 4x gear available. The two carts roaming icemule have more gear choices, I think someone just recently posted the contents list over on the PC though it is currently safe to walk the streets of icemule. There are also another few carts on Mist Harbor with damage weighted? uac gear. Ebon Gate this year also had a ton of choices with all the common flares.
In short I don't think one person has put all the shopping info and details in one place to compare descriptions. But visit those 4 carts and browse Nilandia.com for the wares sold at EG and I'm sure you'll find something that works for you.

The EG stuff doesn't seem to have made its way into player shops, and neither do 4x versions of the low enchant gear available off the shelf.
nilandia is the place with the list.
The best current source is Felthrop's wagon (robes and flares) and the Mist Harbor cart (blessables) but the only way to get a good choice of 4x gear is to have an enchanter lined up. 4x UAC gear is almost entirely restricted to GM merchants.
You should get flares for your hands as soon as possible because they are great for jabs, but don't bother with flares for your feet until you have spare cash.
