Are there any logs of actual interaction with Onar? Any interesting flavors to help shed some light on him? I'd really love some more context to apply to my character's background/RP.

I vaguely recall an incident 15 years ago or so of murderous possession with the skull marking, but I do not think I have an actual log of it.

There was also a time where he was sending demons after someone, but that was before his current/modern religious lore.

Yeah, it looks like they scoured a lot of anything that GM Andraste was involved with. Posts and so on. I wasn't playing when she was around but it's a serious bummer that there is so little lore to dig up and not just with Onar.

Onar intervened and saved everyone from demons at the end of the Castle Anwyn story. They ended up with skull tattoos on their necks. But I've got no logs of it.
