Great weapon but is not capable of being blessed so I'd like to sell and get something else that can be blessed. Bard valued this at over 150K with song, I'll consider all reasonable offers.

From the name, it sounds like a +12 weapon. If it can't be blessed, maybe it has a flare; did the bard say anything?
Frankly, you will probably be fortunate to get more than the 35k the pawnshop will offer.
