So you can cast 1618 into a blink weapon, but when it flares it misfires. Is this WAI?

Makes sense. Though 1614 works just fine. Is that because the way it's coded allows you to target someone specifically? (I'd imagine since it's offensive, and there's no concern with accidentally giving someone a defensive bonus that shouldn't be allowed)

A shame 1618 doesn't work though- that would be amazing.
