While you have Crusade fresh in your mind, can you detail the Blessings Lore benefits for the damage weighting please?

My testing has shown at 65 ranks you get +15 total damage weighting. base with 0 ranks is +9 or +10(HDW). so this spell either works on a seed summation 7, 8, or 9, or it is +1 damage weighting for every 10 ranks. further testing is needed, if someone wants to get a 101 endroll with 0 ranks blessings lore and 1618 running, post it and we can find out the base damage weighting if it's 9 or 10 and do further testing.
