Out of curiosity, is there a particular reason why the pool to get to the Rift strips both arcane spell effects and Sunfist sigils? I make heavy use of both in the Rift and none of them are stripped when I'm actually in the Rift. The pool stripping them forces me to use the charges on my arcane items and refresh my sigils (particularly contact, though resolve is nice for the pool). I was under the impression that we were moving away from this with the changes not to strip native spells.

To be precise, these are the spells and effects that get stripped that I would prefer to keep.
- Sigil of contact
- Sigil of resolve
- Spirit guard (small statue spell)
- Arcane decoy

I really think they should just remove spell stripping from the pool altogether now. While making the drop into the rift any outside spells are stripped from you immediately and every few minutes or so there is the area affect that will strip the spells from you as well.

Still wondering about this issue Gretchen posted about a couple weeks ago.

Arcane Decoy and Spirit Guard are both stripped in the pool currently. Neither of these spells are stripped in the Rift proper (along with society symbols/signs/sigils).

Would be awesome if spells from the arcane circle were not removed in the pool. Going back and forth while doing bounties, I regularly have 45+ minutes left on my Spirit Guard when the pool strips it.
