@Retser I think you might've inadvertently messed up taxes:

in the case of the 13% for me, it was actually reflected in the shop's balance.

I happened to have 0 in the shop account at the time of the purchase:

I've run through a couple scenarios and tests and have been unable to replicate your issue so far.

I see no instances of Artiminus being charged more than 3.03%. I need your character name in order to look into your issue specifically. I'll look for the bug report.

Jahadeem - I see no instances of where you got charged more than 3.03%

After digging, the 3% vs 3.03% appears to predate my changes and has always been in place.

I put in some updated code so it should properly calculate out 3%.
