I was wondering if there is a list or table, or guide that shows what level one must be to use runestaves made of different woods or enchantments i guess. Not sure any of that makes sence, but any help is appreciated
I got fired from the keyboard factory....turns out i was not putting in enough shifts
With only a few exceptions, you need one level for each +2 bonus on the enchant. The base enchant of the woods can be found on the wiki or the info section of play.net under materials. It is relatively common to find the lower enchant woods with extra enchants, but they can also be found with only their 'natural' enchant.
