So I'm soon to hit my 60th train, and I'm not sure which direction I want to take. So far, my plan has been fairly simple. 2x blunt, shield, and cmans. 1x physical fitness, harness power, and spells. I threw in 10 ranks of summoning lore to snag the extra target with 1630. I've enjoyed the benefits of a character that sells his soul, not bothering with Voln or the Sunfists. But from here...I'm not sure what I want to do.
My current skills are:
Armor Use: 80 ranks
Shield Use: 120 ranks
Cmans: 120 ranks
Blunts: 120 ranks
Phy Fit: 60 ranks
Harn Pwr: 59 ranks
Spirit MC: 24 ranks
Lore-Summon: 10 ranks
Percetion: 1 rank
Climb: 25 ranks
Swim: 2 ranks
Spells
Mnr Spirit: 20 ranks
Paladin: 40 ranks
Cmans: (30 points available to spend still)
Shield Bash: 2 ranks
Shield Charge: 4 ranks
Feint: 4 ranks
Wspec1 (star): 3 ranks
Surge of Str: 2 ranks
From here, I'm not sure what my next priority should be. Should I focus first on armor use and work myself into full plate? Or do I start training asap on MoC? Considering 1611, am I being wasteful of TPs going 2x in cmans still (even though I do enjoy being able to spend the points)? Am I still too young to be worried about finding a way to sneak more lores into the training plan? And will I get more bang for my buck picking up more spell ranks towards 130 or 140, or spending those TPs elsewhere?
Any advice appreciated.

Depends what you want to do.
I went hard for MoC, spells and plate, getting to full plate around 54th. I stopped MoC at 70 ranks, but will back-fill somewhat later post-cap (about 260k to cap for me in Plat).
I got Summoning to 15 for 1603, and stopped. I have two ranks of Blessings, too, for some reason (need to fix-skill that out, probably, post-cap).
OHE/shield for me, although once I finish CMANs immediately post-cap, I'm adding THW for a 5x katana. I'm going to have 140 as I hit cap, which means no more spell training will be necessary (and depressing to me).
Here's what I look like at 97th:
Armor Use 200
Shield Use 198
Edged Weapons 198
Combat Maneuvers 162
Multi-Opponent Combat 70
Physical Fitness 98
Dodging 49
Climbing 49
Swimming 49
Perception 30
Arcane Symbols 30
Magic Item Use 30
Harness Power 98
Spirit Mana Control 24
Spell Research 76
Minor Spirit 36
Paladin 40
Spiritual Lore 17
Blessings 2
Religion
Summoning 15

60 is when a Paladin really starts to come into their own.
Like SMAHSH said, it's all in what you want to do. Mechanically, there's a good bit you could change to get a more combat maximized (IMO, anyway) build. However, if that's not your thing, and there are a few Paladins that aren't all "PALLY-SMASH-RAWR!", that's cool too.
A few suggestions of the top of my head:
Get into fullplate. Preferably now, with a fixskill.
I would drop CM to 1-1.2x and put those points towards PF. Lots and lots of PF.
Get your lores fixed to maximize kneeling for Judgement and Divine Strike.
Unless you really want to Paladin raise (and it sucks) or need to share mana, you can free up some points there too.
Pick up some more swimming. it'll come in handy for things like the Rift.
