I have gotten mixed answers on this topic. But what controls healing RT. For example healing my bleeding arm takes 18 seconds. What lowers that time? Is it empath spell training etc... or must leveling up? Thank you
I have never bothered with transformation lore. It is easier on the TPs to train 2x in first aid, then use herbs to heal those pesky scars. FA is useful in and of itself for getting valuable skins from critters, but it has the side benefit of reducing the RT from healing herb use.
