I intend to get more into the Cross into shadows event during the summer, is there a way to have Stormfront record what goes on during play sessions so I can refer back to it later? Got a one terabyte hard drive on this new computer, might as well make good use of it. :)

Yup! In the Windows window, there are some very tiny icons to the left of each listed window. Click the middle one (looks like a floppy disk) to enable automatic logging. It will ask where you want to save the logs, and then every time you log in, a txt file will be created in that folder.
