Raffle tease number two!

Felthrop will be offering flare adding at the festival.

He will be raffling 5 slots for flare adding. Choices are: common flares (fire, earth, ice, electricity, vacuum), acuity (+5 if existing with a maximum of +40 OR going to +5 if the staff does not have acuity), mana (+1 to existing OR adding it to a staff at +1), or unbalance!

The flares can be added to a weapon or armor (mana/acuity are runestaff only flares). The item in question should not already have flares (except mana or acuity) or padding/weighting. Functional scripts are also ineligible (yes, that includes fusion). Final price will be dependent on the item and flare chosen.
