It seems like whenever I have a task there, I kill 5 or 6 burgees and then the spawn rates drop to almost nothing. If I leave the area for awhile and come back, it seems to go back to normal.

Are there some rooms in the area that aren't mapped on Tsoran's/Lich, am I imagining things, or is this area buggy?
