In the past when GHOUL was hosted, the room was never locked until about midway through the last game (which was usually a BLACKOUT round). In future GHOUL games, this might help alleviate some of the tension being caused by the door being locked when people get disconnected or leave by accident, if the door is only locked for the BLACKOUT rounds.

Just a suggestion!

When games get this huge, a second GM or game host (if they have the power) to monitor these situations while the host GM concentrates on the game would probably be very helpful.

Lock the doors, burn everyone alive. No more cards, no more players.

Cut the number of players down to a manageable number?

(And see also Retser's answer, which does the same thing... :)
