Don't murder me, I'm having a hard time remembering the exact spelling of your name!

But yesterday I pinged a GM about a question regarding an item of mine, and I was just blown away by how much attention and above-and-beyond-ness was going on. It was Wyrom-level crazy customer service.

I logged in today, and he had made some adjustments to the item in question that were sorely needed. I was floored.

Thank you so much for what you did- you are an amazing example of how incredibly high quality our staff here is!

He's very good people, along with the vast majority of the other GMs, even that weirdo crazy puppy-eating Aulis dude. I know we don't see the stuff that goes on behind the scenes with the mostly quiet dev team... the front line people get all the love.

So, here's a spechul holiday thank you to EVERYONE on staff. You've made this year more enjoyable for me just by doing what you do.
