Just wanted to give some praise to GM Vanah and GM Haliste for their work yesterday in fixing one of my writable notebooks. Somehow I broke it (this is why I can't have nice things) and Vanah noticed the item was being....well, difficult while I was trying to RP it out and asked for me to bug it. From there Haliste appeared and worked on the problem during our BHA event. Not only did she fix it but we all had some fun interacting with the librarian in BHA as well.
I was not expecting for it to be instantly noticed (before I had a chance to bug it) and fixed so quickly after I submitted the report. Thank you and amazing job both of you!

It could have been one of those items known as a "screamer"? I have this strange mug, and I used it in the BHA tent one time, and it like was totally gone, and in short order a GM (could have been Vanah even) showed up with it and returned it.
The librarian was a really nice touch to a kind of bummer night. Definitely made me feel like, besides the nearly 20 definitions we got done (wow...more than I thought!) that it was a solid event idea.
Always love the great work of GMs. Wyrom fixed a wristlet of mine within 10 minutes of my assist, and didn't even need to show up or see it. That's some Shadow Mastery right there.
The deathbot will come back eventually.
