I recently had experiences with both Wyrom and Haliste during this Rings of Lumnis event. They both responded very quickly to my assist request on a couple of items I had issues with. They were efficient yet thorough in resolving my issues. Just wanted to give a shout out to the both of you.

Yes very appreciate of the new grounds, updates to the event mechanics and speed of responses (and the bag for prior runs). Both of them, and a few others that worked on the awesome puzzles and trivia/design I think.

Specifically adding Thandiwyn, Kaikala and Estild who also responded during the event. I'm sure there were others as well!
