Any tips? I'm a 20th circle Archer Bard.

Grab some friends (or make some new ones) and get to it!
Pick up some extra spells (wizards, spiritual), use small statues and you should be fine. The 'swarmies' don't seem to have too many nasty tricks at that level. Don't be afraid to give ground or step out of the camp for a bit to let things settle down inside. As their numbers decrease you will likely be able to hold your ground or remain in the camp longer.
I have two characters working through GOS (both in their 30s now) and have cleared a number of camps with just myself and one hunting partner (I have a warrior and an open archer and either one hunts with either a bard or rogue friend). Look for a smaller camp to start - (70-100) if you are able so you can get the hang of it.
It usually takes our party of two between 2-4 hours to completely clear out a camp (depending on the size). With a larger enough group you can probably accomplish the same in about 15-20 minutes!

Assuming you mean solo. If not, then definitely gather some friends. Level disparity doesn't matter either. Although the range of attackers with be wider, but if you are hunting with a good group, each will get their turn accordingly. However, for best results it may be prudent find folks around your level (15-20) to keep from the Grims having to cast really nasty spells, etc.
Solo is a whole different ball game. First of as an archer, stay away from Giant warcamps, and focus on Orc, or Troll camps. Orcs better than trolls as they to not regenerate, but trolls are highly susceptible fire flaring arrows if you have them... So choose your warcamps wisely.
Likewise, try to locate a fairly small warcamp of under 100 as it will take you a while to clear it out by yourself. Partners greatly increase survivability as well reducing them to zero. Pray that nobody comes along and "steals" it while you are resting between healing (you will be needing it for sure! Bring herbs if not a heaaler!) and recuperating mana. It will likely take you about an hour or so if you do nothing but run to and from the camp between breaks. Forget resting to unfry. Leave a warcamp too long alone someone else will find it...
Tactics. Stay right at the entrance so you can CRAWL PATH to get out of danger. Usually you will get stunned, prone at some point where standing up may incur untimely RT. Best to CRAWL then to STAND and go out. You may need to inch forward into the camp a little to stir them up, but make a hasty retreat to the path, and stand your ground there.
If I recall, when soloing you will get waves of 2-4 Grims at a time. Any more than 2 in a room with you is asking for something nasty to happen to you. Don't be afraid to move a room away to pull the groups apart to more manageable number. However the longer you are in the camp the more numerous they become. So the next order of business to the kill them fast, and before the next wave comes. The Grims seem to generate a new wave of 2-4 defenders every 30 seconds or so.
If you aren't able to keep up with killing them as fast as they generate, it is best to step outside and let the camp die down a little. Usually you will have to wait 5-10 minutes for that to happen. It is important that nobody is in the warcamp during this time for that to happen.
Bring lots of arrows!

I just hit the 15th level task to raze 5 warcamps.
Any tips? I'm a 20th circle Archer Bard.
Forgot to also mention I have a Sunfish level 21 warrior that also needs warcamps too, so perhaps we can help each other if we manage to find each other in the lands. I am a Landing native, and likely will be prowling around there. He needs 5 warcamps too. I will try to make myself more visible on the amunet when I am in the lands.
