There are definitely some weird alchemy recipes with them, like the potions for spirit beasts.

I am rather spotty at alchemy at best, but I do have a recipe needing another colored bezoar:

>Add bestial fragment
>Simmer
>Add spirit beast common accuracy potion
>Infuse mana
>Add saffron bezoar
>Boil
