It says there would be more info on this visit in this folder but I can't seem to find that post.
There is a GSWiki article but I don't understand it. When "T2" is listed beside the item she will work on, does that mean she will work on that item if it's T2, or does it mean she will only upgrade to T2?
I'm also hoping she can convert Arkati boxes into multi-pantheon boxes, since I seem to have lost the multi-pantheon one that dropped. Does anyone know?

I believe this means she'd take it to T2, in your example.

Xerria generally refreshes the list (read: gets approvals for things, or loses approvals for things) at the beginning of each year. Arkati boxes aren't on the list this year, so I expect she won't touch them.

Xerria unlocks can be fairly confusing at first. If a tier is specified, that means Xerria will unlock to bring the item up to that tier. Take a look at Tintrel towels, for example; you can get them unlocked up to T2 through a regular Xerria visit, but to get the T3 unlock, you'd need to win one of her Really Rare Raffles (scroll down to see that list):

I don't know about converting your Arkati box. Reading up on Arkati boxes here (https://gswiki.play.net/Arkati_box), I see where they can be unlocked, but if they aren't on Xerria's list, she doesn't unlock them.
