I'm getting asked to agree the cookie policy every time I come to the website, and the settings I give when I do it are being ignored. Other sites just asked me once but play.net keeps on asking and keeps resetting the options I chose.
You and me both, my friend. I asked about it over in Simutronics forum. Myke says he's got it (and added a couple options around twitter and google).
