With the changes, are these now valid targets for weighting (either, or even both)?
They're already scripted and flaring--and don't even really exist "as weapons" until you activate the scripted bandolier--so I would imagine they would need to be handled by a live merchant rather than auto-service, but...

Since people are inquiring after one, I figured it was worth figuring out if I wanted to keep this one or trade away.
