You get access to the title of Grandmaster Alchemist, but in order to become a Grandmaster of the guild, you have to master six skills. Since the wizard guild only has the three alchemy skills, that's not yet possible. To get the Grandmaster Alchemist title just go to TITLE LIST SKILL.
