While we're on the subject of languages...
I always imagined that rogues's guildspeak would be more of a sign language where you "signal" to others instead of speaking. Bystanders would be completely unaware of what you were saying. Perhaps a hidden check, and if you fail it people see you doing something funny?
This mechanic is already present for a certain society which does not exist..
The downside: You couldn't speak rogue while hiding.. as obviously no one could see your hand signals..
