I'm looking into a little oddity with the transfer of restrictions to Fusion Gems, and furthermore from Gems to Fusion Armaments. Please feel free to continue using your Fusion Gems and Armaments normally, but note that for the time being, the ability to Extract from enhancives that have either global or individual restrictions has been disabled. I expect this to be fixed by Sunday.
