I love all the possible things at ccf, I mean some just arent to my taste like the voln armor since I dont have any volners but there was other options put out to fix that. Is there anyway you could put another choice instead of the defender prize? I dont have my finger on the pulse of elanthia or anything but I personally dont know anyone who is wanting it. Anyway there could be a substitute for it for the 10 people who get stuck with it to pick something else if they so choose? Im not sure what kind of substitute would be on par for that sort of thing but ironwright or forging upgrade would be sweet.
I third this suggestion. Literally I've talked to quite a few people on the list for this event, and not one of them want defender, and consider it a can't-even-give-it-away service. Can we please get this at least looked at? Thanks for the consideration, Wyrom. Just putting my thoughts up there that this is very disliked as an amazing service because it isn't that amazing. At rtcf there was a +20 defender max and I had a runestaff taken to +19. Is the limit gone for CCF? I am noticing that no limits seems to be the way of things but I ask to cover my p's and q's. I am putting together the items in a backpack and wondering if the defender runestaff goes into the pile for possible work.

I think adding in an option for those 10 spins to be a pick from "Defender or BLAH" service would be a great idea, If I won this service I'd consider passing altogether as I don't have anything that would take that property, not to mention I have no need for an extra 10 DS even if I did have a weapon that would take the property.
Maybe do the same with defender and epic deepen as you did with the sighting/weighting? Combined that into a single pool?

Defender items can't be blessed. Far as I know, it takes the slot that blessing/weighting/flares etc takes. Like +TD on armor. However, one can stack defender bonuses on top of the DB cap. No idea if they have a cap on defender bonuses here..but if +TD and enchant on armor can go above 10x, I'll take a wild guess that defender will be able to go above 20. Could be wrong.
