There will be an archway in each major town that leads to the event arena. There's a longish pathway that leads to a door and a few other hallways. The door takes runners and blockers to the maze, the other directions go to the viewing booths. Once you select a booth, open your Familiar window in Stormfront. Then you LOOK <runner/blocker/Droughtman> and you'll get to see what's going on in the room where whoever you picked is standing & you'll follow them as they wander through the maze. So if you select a runner, you'll wind up seeing a lot of scrolling through the Familiar window:

Runner goes west
Runner goes west
Runner goes east
Blocker just arrived
Runner waves a wand at Blocker...
etc...

You can change who you're watching at any time by just looking at someone else. There will be a game announcement when the archway opens up. In Landing it's usually outside the General Store in TSSW.
