So the original announcement said that those who had purchased an April ticket would have to wait until Thursday (04/26) before buying a May ticket. I consider this to be very fair and reasonable. A ticket was freed up today (presumably due to a refund), I tried to buy it and I got the "you have already purchased the maximum number of tickets" response (which one would expect if they already purchased a ticket). Presumably the April participant restriction was never lifted because the tickets sold out before Thurs 04/26? I put in a note to feedback/customer service but I see the ticket has already sold.

Congrats to whoever saw it, didn't have this restriction bug, and snatched it up!

There is no bug here. I am sure that since the tickets sold out, the office just never went back and lifted the restriction, seeing no need. This is not something I have any access to tinker with.
