An Etched Dusky Grey Runestone -

So I won this Runestone at Droughtman's. I've been trying to play with it a little to verify how it works and what exactly it does. I think this might be restricted to Empaths though I'm not entirely sure.

Anyone familiar with this? I think a few of them have been released.

I'm likely going to sell it since I can't use it but wanted to be certain of how it worked and what it did before putting it up since it wouldn't be right to offer it until I could be sure.

Near as I can tell I think it will either summon a unique spirit servant or work through an existing one. What little I've been able to find out there gave the info I have so far.

Anyone know any more specifics about this? Is it 1x/day for either or both work 1/x? Does it go by 24-hour period or does it reset at Midnight?

The last x/day item I had was on a 24 hour timer and not based around midnight or anything. I'd imagine this works the same, although I don't think you'd beable to activate it unless you cast 1125 at it with sufficient AS training. I'd be willing to test it with my Empath if you want.
