Before the blessing changes, lesser moods ambient messaging used to trigger from blessings since they took up the flare slot. The recent update allows the ambients to fire from bless again... but only if the flare slot is also filled with something else that can trigger them. If bless is the only property present that the moods could theoretically work with, then it can't actually work with them because the APPROVE verb won't recognize that you're able to activate the ambients.

Can that be changed, please?

This is one of my favorite items at duskruin and the price point is a steal imo. Thanks for adding the rings. My armor has ambients from the lightning flares AND the fact that it's blessed. So awesome!
