I'm not going to make a stink about it, because it seems I'm the only one who had a problem with it - but if I say nothing at all it won't be on your collective minds the next time something like this occurs:

The release of the treasure piles on Friday were exclusive to me. I was watching the announcements folder as per Thandiwe's instructions to "Watch for announcements" in order to participate in the pulls. Since the forums are the official communication method, I figured this would be all I really have to do. My mistake. The "announcement" wasn't in the Announcements thread where the other EG related informatives were placed. It was a side post by Wyrom in the EG thread, and our forums system isn't exactly friendly to finding specific subject matter.

If there's going to be an Announcement made, please take the time to put it in the Announcements folder so those of us who are working can monitor for it. That's all.

i am confused, if you are logged in you go to the ebon gate folder and see recent posts, i mean it's on the last page because there hasn't been many posts since it posted. While it coudl have gone into the announcements it was easy to see imo?
