First day of opening I did Quest Transport Rings. Found the Monk all the way down, asked him all the questions and was given the Brooch. Checked it out and nice!
Now this eve ( bought a scholar's card at Simucoin store) I did Quest Transport Rings, arrived and had Card delivered. Then went to Monk and can find no way to use the card for the quest! Like I said Mr. Dummy here! Monk won't take it and I explored all over for, maybe someone to accept it?

From where the monk is (or where you quest transport in), climb back up and checkout the five balconies.
Go to the one that matches which area of the brooch you want to test on and go through the teleportation disks to Liabo!
Then go in one of the rings in that section with a card in hand and wearing the brooch and begin.
