The 1 thing I've wanted from Simucoins is exactly that. Some sort of RPA potion that are account/character bound and then restrict purchases to XX(Maybe 1-2 a month) amount for the year. This limits both purchasing them and flooding the market and also being consistently on RPA. Of course you could also charge some high fee for it. Then you could essentially set it up where regular accounts say get 1 a month where premium accounts can get 2 a month. Give people with premium accounts a benefit to purchasing something extra over a normal sub.
Yes, many will disagree with me and say "What's the point of rushing through the game" or "It'll devalue getting to cap". Well the same could be said about character sales and there's at least 1 every week. Simu's response to this was to charge for a transfer (which it would be interesting to see the stats of transfers done in a given month/year). Experience is already hindered via F2P and boosts can help you overcome that. So why not give paid subs the option to increase experience boosts?
There are other things that affect characters which we can already purchase potions for.. Screwed up your stats? Buy a fixstats! Screwed up your training? By a fixskills! Want to go digging for doll parts? Buy this note that let's you in! I just think this might open up the possibility of having others start up an extra character they might have otherwise not tried or gives our capped players a bit more umph instead of spending a couple of weeks hunting just for that 1 extra spell rank.
