I get a lot of post cappers aren't thrilled with the baseline changes. You honestly didn't really need the help so you didn't see much change. You saw improvements, but not in the form of further severely boosting your power ceilings. I also explicitly told you all at the beginning of the process that you were not the targeted benefactors of these changes.
Your power ceiling decreased with the loss of 1612, but you came through mostly unscathed. You could have come through this much worse. Your power ceiling was a concern and could have easily been reigned in. Not the least of which is your ability to survive like a cockroach, while having a higher combat stats than most other classes in game, and out DPSing other classes. There were several cuts that could have been made. You could have lost the guarantee on your beseech ability, you could have had your zealot AS cut in half, you could even have had your physical TP costs adjusted upwards to more closely align with the other semi costs, or something like combat maneuvers reduced to a max of 1x, but you didn't.

1612 is very missed. I honestly don't see the point of Fervor nor going to 2x spells. It just isn't worth it even at 2x spells, you're at 500 CS with a 160 Paladin / 40 Minor - granted I suspect you'll get past 500 maybe at 180 but likely you'd need to be all in 2x in just Paladins paladin spells. As mentioned prior, the outright kill isn't there. I tend to agree with physical approach with maybe 60 or 70 / 40 in spells just to have something decent. While I get the phantom roll adding ontop of the result, you still need to ward the target first. I'd rather see Champion's Might moved from its previous 1612 and replace 1619 since I'm pretty confident that most of us don't use 1619 very often (especially since it doesn't stack)
Myself? I'm sticking with THW since I don't care for shields and TWC is just too expensive for what I consider to be my "primary needs" if I were to be using just my spells to survive.

You also didn't do yourself, or your fellow paladins, any favors by bragging about doing 2k damage when sorcerers got 711 capped. If you think people look at that and think "wow this class is suffering and needs help," then you're wrong. You actually make any arguments for improving it harder to justify and instantly nullify things already on the table. You can blame gear all you like, but while your gear is helping it's not the entire story and no one is buying that it is.
With all due respect, 2k damage means long and hard RT. Pures - Bards / Clerics / Sorcerers / Wizards can do far more in just SOFT RT and they blow us right out of the water from a Duskruin point of view. The unfair advantage of being able to get max BS in 2 to 3 minutes vs us taking near the full 8 minutes and you've just made it worst. How do you expect us to go through DR now if we can't even ward a creature nor a "boss" because we can't even hit them? The closest balance is going to 60 or 70/ 40 in spells since it's been proven you simply give up way too much, get very little in return, and get punished with diminishing returns for not training in those physical skills that you should be training in. We are a hybrid class. We are SUPPOSED to be a balance of Physical and Magic. You're making us choose one path or another which contradicts the whole idea of the Paladin Hybrid Class. We're better off being the warriors and clerics that we were a long time ago at this point. At least the physical is somewhat viable since I suppose nothing stops us from just going back to 50 / 20 and just using the defense spells to play "Magical warrior"
Honestly, I'd convert back to cleric if it was an option since this wasn't what I signed up for when paladins got released. That said, I"m not willing to pay 250 to restore back to a cleric and be at whatever level I was when I did convert.

yeah we are too powerful.
If i 1630 too much in warcamp i get zapped. Even with my items, doesn't matter my CS it still doesn't do much so i have to spam.
I insta die to implode, or let everything hang around and kill me with force on force or unlimited dispel, OR i spam the weak 1630 and i get zapped by the veil.
I don't want to Ma. So group spells aren't beneficial to me.
New flares are a joke. 1603 needs to be redone or raise damage.
It's like they added changes just to call it change but they are all so weak,
it's like we are being trolled .

According to the first post here, 1640 should have a 15 minute duration on the period after a raise now, but I've raised three different people in the past week that all only received 10 minutes instead of 15. Is this a bug, or am I misunderstanding how long they should have to get themselves back in order before all the spells and health goes away?
