A tall elf in crimson livery strides in and unfurls a scroll. Reading in a deep, sonorous voice, he recites:
In gratitude for those attending the festival and helping us honor those who have fallen, the Crown will auction the opportunity to have an existing splitting weapon unlocked. The auction will take place at the bonfire, promptly at 9:20 pm as the elves tell time on Sunday, September 10th directly preceding the ball. Standard auction rules apply, you must bid with silvers either on your person or in one (or all) of your bank accounts at the time of bid. Thank you all again, for your participation in our traditions.
