Two updates to Festival:

(1) The Tug of War slots have switched with the Shield Slalom Slots. This means that Tug of War is now on Sunday, and Shield Slalom is now on Friday. This was for logistical reasons, and we apologize if this is devastating to anyone's schedule -- but it had to happen.

(2) The picnic time for Plat has been updated from TBA to 2pm Eastern. The picnic time in Prime is still pending.
