Just to clarify (since the wording may have been confusing on the initial post), the ONLY access for normal folks like you and me and our bold adventurers is from Icemule Trace. There are not portals in all of the towns for this event.

If you type FESTIVAL 4, it will help direct you a little in terms of where to go when you get to Icemule.
