Hey random question,
I have a bottle of custom cologne I won two or three years ago at EG but it turns out the bottle is not endless, and now I only have one drop left. Is it possible to have a bottle of custom cologne or lamp oil refilled? if so which merchants might actually be able to do so?

Short answer: yes!
Longer answer: I've been meaning to add an option to the perfume script to support bottomless bottles for custom scents. I'll see what can get done soon, but for now, drop Galene an email and she'll get you set up.
