I haven't been around much with the new things that can be done to weapons such as fusion, ensorcell, temporary weighting, etc... (I probably do not yet know all of them).

I have a 10x perfect lance.

My question is this: Assuming I am given the opportunity to add flares or weighting a weapon at a merchant event (assume I was picked, won raffle, etc..., and can pay the fee), what is the % chance that said merchant would do work on the 10x lance?
