Some GALD merchants will alter these.

When was the last time you had one done? Because I had to beg to get them added as a special service at Frontier Days in 2014. Unfortunately they were paired with Wandering Tattoos so there were massive amounts of people fighting for the same service spots and most got tattoos. There are also very special rules about getting them made for CHEs.

I'm not the script owner, but I'm pretty sure these designs have to be approved. I don't believe these are eligible for GALD alterations.

Not unless it was by accident, and the instances I've seen were retroactively rescinded.
