Also "ears" location items, period. Essentially everything you see on PlayerShops (which, being searchable, is the only reference I am willing to use) is an earring (singular) or an earcuff, and "may be worn on your ear" (singular).
There's an entire "ears" (both!) location just going to waste, here!
