This system is a blast. Since coming back to GS after a decade off, this is the most fun I've had in this game.
A few observations, questions and QoL thoughts.
1) When you are in a boarding action, there is basically no way to tell which ship you are on if you find yourself moving back and forth between the gangplanks. I got killed thinking I was on my ship (I was on theirs) and went into my hold to fall back and ended up getting swarmed. Could the Room Title reflect either the ship's name (which would be the best, because I can't see where you even reference it except in looking at a docked ship) or something like premium housing with a (Mike's Sloop, Main Deck).
2) What is the cargo box for? Serious question. I can't seem to interact with it at all. If it was temporary storage, with something like a 1-2 hour window to store chests found on boarding raids, that would be amazing. I took down a krolvin crew, and they dropped something like 5-6 boxes and I couldn't dare pick them up or be massively over encumbered. When I had to fall back into a different part of my ship to finish the fight, they had seemed to despawn upon my return. Or turn off the janitors on the ships or really delay them?
3) I realize the in-game map is hard to implement, but is it safe to say that the map on the wiki is a one box = one movement of the ship? I can keep track of where the ship is that way, I think.
4) Am I correct in thinking that your odds of getting a boarding action to begin are better if you raise sails to slow the ship as you approach boarding range? It seemed that way when I've been testing it.
5) Are the # of foes on a ship determined by the number of your crew, or the size of the ship? We went after a brig and found about 30 foes on board, but the sloops I've soloed seemed to have 15ish
Thanks again, this thing is a blast.

1. The rooms now have ENEMY SHIP in their room name. That should help.
2. You can use your cargo hold and upgrade it to hold more treasure. I would suggest stowing stuff away, things aren't safe on the ground, not even for a second!
3. Yes, one box = one movement like "Your ship heads north".
4. Sails have no impact on the initial boarding RNG. It will however impact how fast your ship accelerates into boarding.
5. The number of enemies on the enemy ship are based on the size of it. You hit it on the head!

Huh. Oddball interaction today.
Was getting beat up by a Krolvin crew early in the boarding action. I managed to stay on my feet, run around my boat and fend them off for a few minutes. Since I was only fighting a sloop, in a few minutes all of the enemy spawned out onto my boat, including the Captain. At least 10 krovlin were running about the place. In an attempt to even things up, I fled over the gangplank onto the enemy ship. They NEVER pursued. I had all the time in the world to heal up via herbs. Then when I went back over the gangplank, only one krolvin and the captain remained. The others had all despawned.
Seems exploitable.
