Veteran Navigators and Swashbucklers can now JUMP from the CROW'S NEST to one of the following locations: helm, bow, deck, port, and dock or pier
This does not put the player in any sort of RT.
In addition, swashbucklers can now jump from their ship's crows nest once boarded to the enemy SHIP (and back again)
This will put the player in RT.

Veteran Navigators can now TURN WHEEL SHIP after already sailing toward the enemy ship for boarding. This will speed up the process slightly each time, but put the navigator into heavy RT.
