Is there a way to fix it, I went to use it for like the 3rd or 4th time and got this.

You try to turn the crank on the side of the mechanized quiver, but the gear mechanism seems to have malfunctioned.

I have a feeling Wyrom was being hinty. I can perhaps clarify, he tried fixing it with that specific verb, unsuccessfully.

We fixed the problem with not making arrows, however two new issues popped up. Before hand a flare didn't destroy the arrow and now it is. Also I'm getting the occasional double flare.

I'll have to see what's going on with it. But from what I can see, that's the only way for it to be unlimited use.

Okay so it's suppose to flare every non killing blow and have arrow shatter?
